Just because music came from Cain's descendants doesn't mean that music wasn't meant for God's people. If Adam and Eve never fell then music would've came from their lineage because God gave them the power to build kingdom, but Satan deceived them into giving that power to him. Satan gave the power to build kingdom to Cain, but after Jesus died and resurrected, he gave that power back to his seed.
