Church is a political term

Kingdom is a political term

God wants his people to be involved in politics

Joseph was in politics

Daniel was in politics

Matthew is about politics

Mark is about economics

Luke is about culture

John is about religion

At first I thought that the kingdom of heaven only applied to the Jews and the kingdom of God applied to Christians, but just because Matthew is the only Gospel that mentioned the kingdom of heaven doesn't mean that it's just to the Jews. The 4 Gospels shows 4 aspects of Jesus's ministry. Dr. Johnny James used to say that the Old Testament wasn't to us, but it is for us, well Matthew may not have been to Christians, but it's for Christians.

Even though people say that Matthew is for the Jews, we know that Jesus is not just king of the Jews, but he is king of kings, king of the entire earth, all kingdoms belong to him, so the kingdom of heaven doesn't just apply to the Jews, but it applies to everyone part of the kingdom of God.
