The Son wasn't God, the Father is God, that's why Philippians says "he saw it not robbery to be equal with God, but being found in the fashion of man, he humbled himself". Jesus was the Son because he was a man, but his Spirit was the Father, that's why he thought it not robbery to consider himself equal with God, but realizing he was in the flesh, the Son, he humbled himself to God, the Father
The Son was the manifestation of the Father. He was the Father made visible, the Father made known. The Son was the express or exact image of the Father's person or being
The Ancient of Days giving the kingdom to the son of man means that Jesus gives the kingdom to his people through his death, burial and resurrection
When Jesus said me and my Father are one, it's the same thing as saying me and my Father are the same person
The Spirit of God descending like a dove was representative of the anointing. This is why afterwards, Jesus said the Spirit of the LORD is upon me. It's not a separate Spirit from the Father, it's the power of the Father which is why we can say he is the Christ meaning anointed. This anointing was different from any other anointing mentioned in the Old Testament which is why Hebrews says none of the angels were called his only begotten Son
Jesus is no longer flesh, this is why apostle Paul said we don't know Jesus after the flesh anymore
