God said let us make man in our likeness and image. This shows that God is only one, because man was made in the image of God and man is not 3 beings, but man is one being. Also, when the Bible says that Jesus is the express image of God's person, this also lets us know that God is one, because Jesus wasn't 3 beings, he was one being
