Qualifications of an apostle

1. Close to Christ

2. Obedient and willing to be sent ones

3. Authority to do Christ's work

4. Submission to Christ

5. Willing to suffer for Christ

6. Holiness

7. Sincerity

8. Grace on their lives

Seeing Jesus is not a requirement to be an apostle, the apostles of the Lamb needed to see Jesus, only because they were going to be used to start the Church. Apostle Paul didn't say that he was an apostle because he saw Jesus, he was saying that he was an apostle “and” he saw Jesus
