God Still Speaks Through Visions & Dreams

Hebrews 1:1&2, God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son...

This means that God spoke to the fathers at various times in different ways by the prophets, but now he speaks to us through Jesus. This doesn't mean that dreams and visions are not of God, it means the source of dreams, visions and revelation come from Jesus. It means that we don't have to wait for a prophet to get a word, vision or dream from God, but through the Holy Ghost, Jesus will speak directly to his people through revelation, dreams and visions. This is why the angel says the testimony of Jesus Christ is the Spirit of prophecy.
