God Makes Us Perfect Through The Holy Ghost

Jesus talked about a few different types of soil in one of his parables. This Christian life is a progression, we don't start off perfect, but through the guidance of the Holy Ghost, we become perfect. The type of soil we become changes over time by the way we receive the word, which is why it seems we go through the same things over and over. We are being changed from glory to glory, image to image and faith to faith, until we are the perfect image of what God created us to be. He is regening in us, we are being regenerated. God Is changing our makeup to look like who he originally designed us to be like. It's our choice to listen to his calling, because many are called, but few are chosen. We are chosen once we answer the call.

It's not possible to live perfect on our own, that's why the Holy Ghost guides us into all truths and the truth shall make us free, we are being transformed into the image of Christ who is the perfect human which we fall short, so we must depend upon the Holy Ghost to change us from glory to glory, faith to faith, image to image. The Holy Ghost prefects us, so that we can help prefect others, this is why Jesus told Peter once he's converted to strengthen the rest of the saints. We can't be perfect on our own, but it's the Holy Ghost that prefects us. This is why king Solomon said trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, acknowledge him in all your ways and he shall direct your path. God through Christ is the only one who can make us perfect.
