Don't Self-Destruct

Twista said that the quiet type ain't wired right. I think the reason is because they take so much aggression from others instead of correcting the person when the person acts aggressively at them, that they snap when they can't take anymore. It's called death by a thousand cuts. I would suggest that people don't let people disrespect you in anyway without correcting them and correcting them doesn't have to be aggressive, but just letting the person know that their actions or words are making you uncomfortable and you would appreciate if they didn't deal with you like that. Holding things in hurts you more than anything, communication is key, don't quietly self-destruct. I've quietly self-destructed before, but not anymore because I care about my mental health, because I care about my family and friends. When your mental health suffers, your family and friends suffer also. The reason I was able to handle so much persecution without breaking down was because I knew that God always judged everyone who did me wrong, so I never worried about the persecution, but when the persecution went to a loved one, that's when Satan got to me and instead of depending on God as usual, I began to hold everything in which affected my mental health, but I would encourage everyone to give all your stress to God, either through prayer or a shabach.
