Agapao (Obedience)

1 John 2:5 (the a clause), But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected

This shows us that when we obey God's word that's when the love of God is perfected in us. That's when we are perfect in love even as Christ said his father in heaven is perfect. When we are able to obey God, that shows that we love God with all our heart, mind and strength. When we love God, our love is proven by our obedience to him.
