Love

God wants us to have agape type love for him, not eros love. Eros love is the type of love between a husband and wife, but husband and wife also need to have agape love towards each other. Agape love is sacrificial love. God wants us to have sacrificial love for our spouse, that's why he tells women to love their husbands enough to submit to him which is a sacrifice; he tells men to love their wives so much that their willing to give up their lives for her which is also a sacrifice. Even when eros love is gone, you still have agape love is still there and the agape love will spark the eros love to come back.
